These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TiaCommander software and services provided by SIA A4 Studio (registration number: 52103055721, Latvia). By registering an account or using TiaCommander, you agree to these Terms.
TiaCommander is a desktop application that connects AI assistants to Siemens TIA Portal via the Openness API, accompanied by a web-based license management platform. The software is proprietary and is not open source.
TiaCommander is currently in beta. During the beta period, all features are available free of charge. SIA A4 Studio reserves the right to introduce paid subscription tiers upon general availability. You will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.
Subject to these Terms, SIA A4 Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TiaCommander for personal or commercial purposes. You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information. SIA A4 Studio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
TiaCommander, including its source code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of SIA A4 Studio. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
TiaCommander is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SIA A4 Studio does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all configurations of TIA Portal or Siemens hardware.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA A4 Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TiaCommander, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to PLC equipment or industrial systems.
SIA A4 Studio may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@tiacommander.com. Upon termination, your license to use the software is revoked.
TiaCommander™ is a trademark of SIA A4 Studio. TiaCommander is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Siemens AG or any of its subsidiaries. TIA Portal®, SIMATIC®, S7-1200®, S7-1500®, and STEP 7® are registered trademarks of Siemens AG. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TiaCommander after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
